My brother died sueddnly last year. He was 52 years old. My brother had a heart attack but really, I believe, died of depression and didn't even know he had it. He lived his life as a recluse, didn't work and hardly had any human contract with anyone towards the end of his life. I believe my brother had a breakdown and didn't even realise it himself. I have good knowledge and interest in mental health. I feel very compasionate about this charity as I believe men don't always ask for help the same as women can do. Please contact me I want to help!
