I'm not only a student of architecture, but I can certainly appreciate a nice, welldesigned building. Most of the people I go into fairly often are pretty utilitarian. The house I reside in, for example, is a 1970sera splitlevel (any style which, incidentally, is often credited on the hallowed architect, Frank Lloyd Wright) and has unique charm, but it's not something that is going to turn heads because there are plenty of them around.
