Choose a question that really interests you.

It would be terrible to be stuck with a boring project topic that you dislike. Pick a topic in which you are truly interested. Here are some scientific categories to think about when choosing a topic:

  • Botany - the study of plants
  • Geology - the study of rocks and minerals
  • Behavioral science - the study of human behavior
  • Zoology - the study of animals
  • Physics - the study of energy and its effect on matter
  • Chemistry - the study of the composition of matter
